ANOBLISS combines a local anaesthetic and a calcium channel blocker:

Topical treatment of anal fissures, haemorrhoids (pain, inflammation, itching), anorectal spasms, and post-surgical discomfort.
Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area 2–3 times daily after bowel movement and proper hygiene. Use for at least 2–3 weeks or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or nifedipine
