Dardflam Spray is intended for topical application to painful areas of muscles and joints. Its principal anti-inflammatory component, diclofenac, is an NSAID that reduces the production of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation. Menthol and methyl salicylate provide additional localized cooling and warming sensations that may help reduce the perception of pain. Linseed oil is included as part of the topical formulation.

Dardflam Spray is intended for topical relief of pain and inflammation associated with conditions affecting muscles, joints, and soft tissues. It may be used for muscle pain, strains, overuse, back and joint discomfort, and certain sports-related injuries.
Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase activity and reduces prostaglandin synthesis, helping decrease pain and inflammation. The other topical components contribute to localized cooling, warming, and counterirritant effects.
Shake the bottle before use. Apply the spray to the painful area according to the manufacturer's directions; the official product information recommends use 3–4 times daily. The treated area may be covered with a cloth after application. Do not spray onto open wounds, damaged skin, or irritated skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes
