How it works:
Doxycycline is a tetracycline-class antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, preventing bacterial growth. It is effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
Recommended for:
Respiratory, genitourinary, gastrointestinal, skin and soft tissue infections caused by doxycycline-sensitive bacteria.
