Cefepime is a fourth-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with broad activity, including against hospital-acquired and resistant bacterial strains. Tazobactam inhibits β-lactamase enzymes, enhancing the effect of cefepime.

Treatment of severe infections caused by susceptible microorganisms, including pneumonia, urinary tract infections, skin infections, intra-abdominal infections, and sepsis.
Administered intravenously or intramuscularly after reconstitution of the powder. Dosage and frequency are determined by the physician based on infection severity and renal function.
