How it works:
Moxifloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that disrupts bacterial DNA replication, leading to bacterial cell death. It is effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative organisms, including resistant strains. It has excellent bioavailability and rapid onset of action.
Recommended for:
Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food, at the same time each day. Treatment duration should be determined by a physician based on infection severity.
