How the product works:
Blocks 5-HT3 serotonin receptors in the GI tract and CNS
Suppresses the emetic reflex
Effective for both acute and delayed nausea
Recommended for:
Patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy
Post-operative nausea and vomiting
Cases where oral antiemetics are ineffective
Prevention and treatment of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy
Post-operative nausea and vomiting
Radiation-induced nausea
The medication is administered intravenously or intramuscularly, usually 30 minutes before chemotherapy, or as directed by a physician. Dosage is adjusted individually based on the treatment protocol.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to granisetron
Severe hepatic impairment (use with caution)
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (use only if prescribed)

Elevated liver enzymes
