Prevention of recurrence after surgery or chemotherapy
Women at high risk of developing breast cancer
In combination with other anti-cancer therapies
Hormone-sensitive breast cancer, prevention of recurrence and metastasis, high-risk breast cancer prevention in women.
Take orally without chewing, with water. Dosage and duration depend on disease stage and treatment protocol as prescribed by a physician.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to tamoxifen
History of severe thromboembolic events
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Severe liver impairment
Side effects:
Hot flashes, sweating, headaches
Menstrual irregularities
