LENAKAST 30 tablets (Lenalidomide 25mg)

• Multiple myeloma (in combination with other medicines)
  
  
• Relapsed or refractory lymphoma
  
  
• Myelodysplastic syndrome (with 5q deletion)

Administered orally with water, with or without food. The dosage and treatment duration are prescribed individually by an oncologist based on diagnosis, treatment protocol, and patient’s tolerance.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to lenalidomide
  
  
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  
  
• Paediatric use
  
  
• History of thrombosis (without anticoagulant prophylaxis)
  
  
• Severe hepatic or renal impairment (without dose adjustment)
  
  

Side Effects:

• Anaemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia
  
  
• Increased risk of thrombosis
  
  
• Fatigue, weakness
  
  
• Diarrhoea, constipation, nausea
  
  
• Rash, itching, skin reactions
  
  
• Elevated liver enzymes
  
  
• Infections (due to immunosuppression)
