LUPITUX 1 vial (Cetuximab 100mg)

Indicated for metastatic colorectal cancer with EGFR expression (as monotherapy or with chemotherapy), and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck in combination with radiotherapy or for recurrent disease.

Administered intravenously in a hospital setting under supervision of an oncologist. Premedication with antihistamines may be required. Dosing regimen is individualized.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to cetuximab or mouse protein
  
  
• History of severe allergic reactions
  
  
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  
  
• Severe cardiac or pulmonary diseases
  
  

Side Effects:

• Skin rash and itching
  
  
• Fever and chills
  
  
• Nausea, diarrhoea
  
  
• Electrolyte imbalances (including hypomagnesaemia)
  
  
• Shortness of breath, bronchospasm
  
  
• Hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis
