How it works:

Netupitant blocks NK1 receptors to prevent delayed vomiting
Palonosetron is a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, effective against acute nausea
Combination provides long-acting relief for up to 5 days

Recommended for:

Patients undergoing moderately to highly emetogenic chemotherapy
Individuals prone to chemotherapy-induced nausea
Supportive care in oncology protocols

Prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, including cisplatin-based regimens.

Take one tablet orally, with water, approximately 1 hour before chemotherapy. Do not repeat within several days.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any component
Severe hepatic impairment
Concomitant use with QT-prolonging medications
