How it works:

Binds to CD20 antigen on B-lymphocytes.
Induces destruction of malignant and pathologically active B-cells.
Used in treatment of lymphomas, leukaemia and autoimmune disorders.
Can be combined with chemotherapy.

Recommended for:

Patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
Patients with rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disorders (as prescribed).
Strictly under oncologist or rheumatologist supervision.

Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
Rheumatoid arthritis.
Granulomatosis with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis.

The medicine is administered intravenously in hospital settings. Dosage and infusion regimen are determined individually by the doctor, depending on diagnosis, disease stage and concomitant therapy.

Hypersensitivity to rituximab or excipients
Severe infections
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Paediatric patients (unless specifically indicated)
