How it works:

Trifluridine incorporates into tumour cell DNA, disrupting cell division.
Tipiracil enhances the bioavailability of trifluridine and strengthens its anticancer action.
Combined effect ensures effective suppression of tumour growth.

Recommended for:

Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
Patients who have previously undergone chemotherapy.
Comprehensive therapy under oncologist supervision.

Metastatic colorectal cancer in adult patients.
Other malignant tumours (as prescribed by the physician).

The tablets are taken orally with water, according to the scheme prescribed by an oncologist. Dosage and duration of therapy are determined individually depending on the patient’s condition and concomitant treatment.
