Take once daily on an empty stomach, preferably at the same time each day. Do not split, chew, or crush the tablet. Dosage and treatment duration must be determined by a healthcare professional.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to pazopanib
Severe hepatic impairment
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Bleeding disorders
Patients under 18 years of age
Concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors without medical oversight
