Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults, either as monotherapy or in combination with other medications when previous therapies are insufficient.
Administered subcutaneously once weekly. Dosage is determined individually by a healthcare provider, with gradual increases if necessary. Injection sites include the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, with rotation recommended.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Tirzepatide
Severe renal or hepatic impairment
Type 1 diabetes
Pregnancy and lactation
Children under 18 years
