How it works:
Secnidazole acts against protozoa (amoebae, giardia, trichomonas) and anaerobic bacteria by entering the microorganism and disrupting its DNA, resulting in rapid cell death. It offers high efficacy with single-dose therapy.
Recommended for:
Taken orally after meals, preferably as a single dose, with water. Exact dosage and treatment course should be prescribed by a physician depending on the diagnosis and patient’s condition.
