VORITROL 4 tablets (Voriconazole 200mg)

• Invasive aspergillosis
  
  
• Candidemia in non-neutropenic patients
  
  
• Severe forms of candidiasis (oesophageal, disseminated)
  
  
• Fusariosis
  
  
• Rare fungal infections resistant to conventional therapy

Taken orally, preferably 1 hour before or after meals. Dosage and duration of treatment are determined individually by the physician depending on infection type, severity, and patient’s condition.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to voriconazole or excipients
  
  
• Concomitant use with CYP3A4-dependent medicines (e.g. terfenadine, astemizole, cisapride)
  
  
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  
  
• Paediatric use without medical advice
  
  
• Severe hepatic impairment (with caution)
  
  

Side Effects:

• Visual disturbances (blurred vision, photophobia)
  
  
• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea
  
  
• Elevated liver enzymes
  
  
• Rash, pruritus, photosensitivity
  
  
• Headache, dizziness
  
  
• Oedema and allergic reactions
