ECOSPRIN 75 combines the effects of aspirin and clopidogrel, reducing platelet aggregation and preventing blood clots. It is recommended for patients at high risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, angina, and after cardiac surgery.

ECOSPRIN 75 is taken orally, usually 1 tablet per day, preferably with food to minimize stomach irritation. The dosage and course duration are determined by a physician based on the patient’s condition and comorbidities.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to aspirin, clopidogrel, or any component of the drug
Active bleeding or peptic ulcer in the acute phase
Severe liver or kidney impairment
Thrombocytopenia
Pregnancy and breastfeeding without medical supervision
Side Effects:
Gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, heartburn, stomach pain)
Bleeding and hemorrhages
Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)
Headache, dizziness
Liver and kidney function disturbances with prolonged use
