FOURDERM combines four active agents:
Clobetasol: a potent steroid that reduces swelling, redness and itching
Miconazole: an antifungal that inhibits fungal growth
Neomycin: a broad-spectrum antibiotic
Chlorhexidine: a powerful antiseptic that eliminates bacteria on skin

Patients with fungal infections of the skin
Mixed fungal and bacterial infections
Inflammatory skin conditions with secondary infection
Contact and allergic dermatitis
Infected eczema and psoriasis
Dermatophytosis, candidiasis, skin mycoses
Secondary bacterial infections of skin
Inflammatory skin diseases with infection
Eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, intertrigo
Apply a small amount to the clean, dry affected area twice daily or as directed by a physician. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds.
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient
Cutaneous tuberculosis
Rosacea, perioral dermatitis
Viral skin infections (herpes, chickenpox)
Children under 2 years of age
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (unless prescribed)
Burning, itching, irritation
Skin thinning with prolonged use
Allergic skin reactions
