TERBICORT TOTAL cream 15g (Ofloxacin 0.75%, Clobetasol 0.05%, Miconazole 2%, Terbinafine 1%, Dexpanthenol 0.05%)

• Fungal skin infections (dermatophytosis, candidiasis)
  
  
• Mixed fungal and bacterial infections
  
  
• Eczema and dermatitis with microbial involvement
  
  
• Psoriasis or inflammatory dermatoses with secondary infection

Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area 1–2 times daily. Treatment duration should be guided by a physician and generally does not exceed 7–14 days. Long-term or unsupervised use is not recommended.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any component
  
  
• Viral skin infections (herpes, chickenpox)
  
  
• Cutaneous tuberculosis
  
  
• Rosacea, perioral dermatitis
  
  
• Children under 12 years (without doctor’s advice)
  
  
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (without risk assessment)
  
  

Side effects:

• Burning, itching, dry skin
  
  
• Redness or irritation at the application site
  
  
• Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, contact dermatitis)
  
  
• Long-term use: skin thinning, hypopigmentation, striae
  
  
• Disruption of skin microflora
