INSTAGRA contains Dolutegravir, an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI) that blocks the integration of viral DNA into the host genome.

Recommended for:
First-line HIV treatment in adults and adolescents
Patients with resistance to other antiretroviral drugs
As part of combination therapy or simplified regimens
Treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above
Maintenance of viral suppression
INSTAGRA is taken orally once daily, with or without food. Dosage may be adjusted based on clinical evaluation and resistance profile. Treatment must be supervised by a healthcare professional.
