Recommended for:
Adults and adolescents (over 12 years) with confirmed HIV-1 infection
Patients switching from other ART regimens
First-line or maintenance therapy
Under supervision of an infectious disease specialist
Treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents weighing at least 35kg, without contraindications to any active ingredient
Take orally once daily on an empty stomach, preferably at bedtime. Treatment duration is determined by the healthcare provider based on viral load and patient response.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component
Severe hepatic impairment
Concomitant use with certain sedatives, anticonvulsants, antimycobacterials, and antifungals
Pregnancy and lactation unless benefits outweigh risks
