ACILOC Injection Ampoule 2ml (Ranitidine 25mg)

• Gastric and duodenal ulcer
  
  
• Hyperacid gastritis
  
  
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  
  
• Dyspeptic symptoms associated with hyperacidity
  
  
• Stress ulcers
  
  
• Prevention of acid aspiration during anaesthesia

Administered slowly via intravenous or intramuscular injection as prescribed by a physician. Dosage is individualised depending on the patient’s condition and disease severity.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to ranitidine or other H2-receptor antagonists
  
  
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (unless prescribed)
  
  
• Children under 12 years (unless indicated)
  
  
• Severe hepatic or renal impairment (with caution)
  
  

Side Effects:

• Headache, dizziness
  
  
• Fatigue
  
  
• Allergic reactions (rash, itching, bronchospasm)
  
  
• Liver dysfunction (elevated enzymes)
  
  
• Gastrointestinal disturbances (constipation or diarrhoea)
  
  
• Rarely arrhythmias, confusion in elderly patients
