How it works:
Ranitidine blocks H2-histamine receptors in the stomach, reducing acid production. This decreases irritation of the stomach and duodenal lining, helps ulcers heal, and relieves pain.
Recommended for:
Administered slowly via intravenous or intramuscular injection as prescribed by a physician. Dosage is individualised depending on the patient’s condition and disease severity.
