The medication acts via two mechanisms: Esomeprazole reduces gastric acid secretion, and domperidone promotes gastric emptying and reduces nausea.

Recommended for:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Chronic heartburn
Functional dyspepsia and bloating
Nausea due to delayed gastric emptying
Stomach discomfort from NSAIDs or antibiotics

GERD, heartburn, gastritis, indigestion, nausea, delayed gastric emptying.

Take orally 30–60 minutes before meals with water. Dosage and duration should be determined by a healthcare professional.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to ingredients
Gastrointestinal perforation or obstruction
Prolactinoma
Severe liver impairment
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (unless advised by doctor)
