OMEZ 20 cap. (Omeprazole 20mg)

• Peptic ulcer disease (gastric or duodenal)
  
  
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  
  
• Erosive gastritis, dyspepsia, heartburn
  
  
• Zollinger–Ellison syndrome
  
  
• Ulcer prevention with NSAID use

Take orally, preferably 30 minutes before meals, usually once daily. The dose and duration should be determined by a healthcare professional based on the individual’s condition.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to omeprazole or other PPIs
  
  
• Under 18 years of age (unless prescribed)
  
  
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (only under supervision)
  
  
• Suspicion of gastrointestinal malignancy
  
  

Side effects:

• Nausea, bloating, diarrhoea or constipation
  
  
• Headache, dizziness
  
  
• Rash or skin itching
  
  
• Elevated liver enzymes
  
  
• Rare: hypomagnesaemia, B12 absorption issues
