How the product works:

Sofosbuvir inhibits the NS5B RNA polymerase enzyme, preventing viral replication
Daclatasvir blocks the NS5A protein essential for HCV replication and assembly
The dual action ensures potent antiviral activity across genotypes

Recommended for:

Adult patients with chronic hepatitis C (genotypes 1 to 6)
Patients with compensated or decompensated liver cirrhosis
HIV/HCV co-infected patients
Treatment-naïve patients and those with previous treatment failure

Chronic hepatitis C in adults
Combination therapy for HIV/HCV co-infection
Interferon-free treatment regimens

Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food. Treatment duration (typically 12–24 weeks) is determined by the physician based on viral genotype, liver status, and patient history.

Contraindications:

Known hypersensitivity to any component of the product
Children and adolescents under 18 years
Pregnancy and lactation without specific indication
Concomitant use with certain anticonvulsants and antimycobacterial drugs

Side effects:

Headache, fatigue
Nausea, insomnia
Gastrointestinal disturbances
Anaemia (especially when combined with ribavirin)
Hypersensitivity reactions
