Recommended as part of interferon-free therapy
Used in both cirrhotic and non-cirrhotic patients
Ideal for both treatment-naïve and previously treated patients
Chronic Hepatitis C (Genotypes 1, 4, 5, 6)
With or without cirrhosis
Treatment-naïve or after previous treatment failure
Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food. Treatment duration is typically 8–12 weeks and should be determined by a healthcare provider.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component
Use with potent P-glycoprotein inducers (e.g. rifampicin)
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (use with caution)
