MYHEP D VIR contains two direct-acting antivirals: Sofosbuvir (NS5B polymerase inhibitor) and Daclatasvir (NS5A inhibitor). Together, they block HCV replication and reduce viral mutation risk.

Recommended for:

Adults with confirmed chronic hepatitis C
Genotype 1, 3, and other strains as advised
Patients with compensated liver cirrhosis
Treatment-naïve or previously treated individuals
Use in combination with other antivirals (e.g. ribavirin) where necessary

Chronic hepatitis C infection
Sustained virologic response (SVR) in HCV genotypes
Part of combination antiviral treatment

Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food. Duration of treatment is typically 12 weeks and should be determined by a healthcare provider based on genotype and liver condition.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any component
Concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., rifampin)
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Use in patients under 18 years (unless prescribed)
