How the product works:

Sofosbuvir inhibits HCV NS5B RNA polymerase, preventing viral replication
Promotes sustained virologic response with proper duration
Used in combination with ribavirin, daclatasvir, or ledipasvir for enhanced effect

Recommended for:

Adults diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C
Patients with various genotypes (depending on regimen)
Individuals with compensated liver cirrhosis
Cases of failed prior treatment

Chronic hepatitis C (in combination therapy)

Take orally once daily, as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Treatment duration and combination vary based on genotype and liver condition. Do not adjust dosage without medical consultation.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to sofosbuvir
Concomitant use with drugs reducing sofosbuvir levels
Pregnancy and lactation (especially with ribavirin-containing regimens)
