• Peripheral and central neuropathies
  
  
• Diabetic polyneuropathy

• Vitamin B1, B6, B12 deficiencies
  
  
• Physical or emotional exhaustion

The drug is administered via deep intramuscular injection, typically into the gluteal muscle. The frequency and course duration depend on the severity of symptoms and should be prescribed by a healthcare professional. Usually administered 2–3 times a week.
