How it works:
Ferric carboxymaltose is a stable complex allowing for high-dose intravenous iron delivery without releasing free iron into the bloodstream. It rapidly replenishes iron stores and improves haemoglobin levels, enhancing symptoms of fatigue and weakness.

Recommended for:

Patients with confirmed iron deficiency
Those unable to tolerate or absorb oral iron
Individuals with chronic kidney disease
Women with heavy menstruation
Postoperative or postpartum patients
Patients with chronic inflammatory disorders

Iron deficiency anaemia
Rapid iron loss conditions
Ineffectiveness or intolerance of oral iron therapy

Administered via intravenous infusion or slow injection by healthcare professionals only. Dosage is individually calculated based on iron deficit, patient body weight, and haemoglobin levels.
