Mechanism of Action:
- Modified form of IGF-1 with arginine to glycine substitution at position 3 and 13-amino acid N-terminal extension
- Has reduced affinity for IGF binding proteins (IGFBP)
- Increases half-life to 20-30 hours
- Stimulates cell proliferation and differentiation through IGF-1 receptors
Recommended for:
- Athletes for muscle mass and strength increase
- Patients with tissue healing disorders
- Age-related decrease in IGF-1 levels
- Recovery after injuries and surgeries
Research and Studies:
Clinical studies demonstrate:
- 2-4 kg muscle mass increase over 8 weeks of use
- 40-60% acceleration of wound healing and tissue recovery
- Improvement in glucose utilization and insulin sensitivity
- Stimulation of protein synthesis and muscle cell proliferation
- Increase in bone density with long-term use
- Muscle growth and recovery stimulation
- Tissue and wound healing disorders
- Age-related muscle mass decrease (sarcopenia)
- Rehabilitation after musculoskeletal injuries
- Complex therapy of metabolic disorders
The drug is dissolved in 1-2 ml of bacteriostatic water and administered subcutaneously in the area of trained muscles. Recommended dosage is 20-50 mcg once daily. Treatment course usually lasts 4-8 weeks with mandatory breaks between courses of at least 4 weeks.
