Treatment and prevention of toxic effects of high-dose methotrexate; megaloblastic anaemia; adjunct therapy in colorectal cancer (with fluorouracil).
The dosage and administration schedule are determined by a physician according to the chemotherapy protocol. The tablets are taken orally with water, strictly following medical advice.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to leucovorin or formulation components
Pernicious or other megaloblastic anaemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency
Use with fluorouracil in case of severe adverse effects
