Administered intravenously or intramuscularly; dosage is individually determined by the oncologist based on chemotherapy protocol and methotrexate levels.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to leucovorin or excipients
Pernicious anaemia or other B12-deficiency anaemias
Paediatric use (only under specialist supervision)
