NEUKINE contains filgrastim, a recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), which promotes bone marrow to produce neutrophils.
Recommended for:

Chemotherapy-induced neutropenia
Bone marrow transplantation
Chronic neutropenia
HIV/AIDS-related neutropenia
Stem cell mobilization

Chemotherapy, acute and chronic neutropenia, bone marrow transplantation, immune deficiency, stem cell mobilization.

NEUKINE is administered subcutaneously or intravenously as prescribed by a healthcare provider. Dosage is determined by patient weight and condition. Treatment should be supervised by a medical professional.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to filgrastim
Severe congenital neutropenia with cytogenetic abnormalities
Myelofibrosis
Acute myeloid leukemia
