DAXID 15 tab. (Sertraline 50 mg)

Treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, social anxiety disorder, and generalised anxiety disorder.

Taken orally once daily, preferably at the same time each day. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water. The dosage is individualised and adjusted by the prescribing physician based on patient response.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to sertraline
  
  
• Concurrent use with MAO inhibitors
  
  
• Active phase epilepsy
  
  
• Pregnancy and lactation (unless prescribed)
  
  
• Under 18 years of age (for depression treatment)
  
  

Side effects:

• Nausea, dry mouth
  
  
• Insomnia, headache
  
  
• Decreased libido
  
  
• Appetite changes
  
  
• Increased sweating
  
  
• Anxiety, irritability
  
  
• Rare cases of suicidal thoughts during initial therapy phase
