POXET 90 increases serotonin levels in the brain, modulating the reflex pathway responsible for ejaculation. This helps men gain control over their ejaculation timing and enhances sexual satisfaction.

Recommended for:

Men with lifelong or acquired premature ejaculation
Couples experiencing dissatisfaction due to early climax
Individuals not responding to behavioural methods

Treatment of premature ejaculation in men aged 18 to 64 years

Take one tablet orally 1 to 3 hours before planned sexual activity. Do not exceed one tablet per day. Swallow whole with water. Avoid use with alcohol.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to dapoxetine
Heart failure or conduction abnormalities
Severe liver impairment
Concurrent use with antidepressants (MAOIs, SSRIs, etc.)
Age under 18 or over 65 years
