How it works:
Avanafil is a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that enhances blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation. The 200 mg dose is intended for men who have not achieved satisfactory results with lower strengths. It works rapidly and does not affect hormonal levels.
Recommended for:
Men with severe or resistant erectile dysfunction
Patients not responding to 50–100 mg PDE5 inhibitors
Those requiring fast and reliable sexual performance
Only under supervision of a urologist or physician
Erectile dysfunction in men due to vascular, metabolic or psychogenic causes
Take one tablet orally about 15–30 minutes before planned sexual activity, with or without food. Do not exceed 200 mg in a 24-hour period. Dosage must be adjusted by a healthcare professional.
Contraindications:

Concurrent nitrate therapy
Severe cardiovascular conditions or unstable angina
History of heart attack or stroke within the past 6 months
