CLOMISIGN is taken orally, typically 1 tablet (50 mg) per day, starting on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle, for 5 days. Treatment is conducted under the supervision of a doctor, with possible dosage adjustments depending on the body’s response. If ovulation does not occur, the cycle can be repeated with an increased dose as instructed by the doctor.
