How it works:
Sildenafil inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5), enhancing blood flow to the penile tissues during sexual stimulation. The high 200 mg dosage ensures strong efficacy for men who do not respond adequately to conventional ED treatments.
Recommended for:
Men with severe erectile dysfunction
Patients unresponsive to 50–100 mg sildenafil
Cases with vascular, neurological, or psychological causes of ED
Adult males with active sexual life
Erectile dysfunction (severe cases)
Weak or short-lasting erections
Lack of response to standard ED medications
Take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity. Do not exceed one tablet (200 mg) per day. Avoid alcohol and high-fat meals prior to administration to ensure optimal effect.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to sildenafil
Concomitant use with nitrates
Severe cardiovascular disorders
Hypotension or uncontrolled hypertension
Severe liver or kidney dysfunction
Age under 18 years
