Mechanism of action:
Tadalafil inhibits phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), promoting smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow to the penis. The result is improved erectile response in the presence of sexual stimulation.
Recommended for:
Men with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction
Patients unresponsive to lower-dose PDE5 inhibitors
Occasional use before anticipated sexual activity
Those needing prolonged efficacy up to 36 hours
Erectile dysfunction of moderate or severe intensity
Ineffectiveness of prior treatments with standard tadalafil doses
Take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity. Do not exceed one dose (60 mg) within 24 hours. Avoid fatty meals and excessive alcohol to maintain optimal absorption and performance.
Hypersensitivity to tadalafil
Concurrent use of nitrates or nitric oxide donors
Severe cardiovascular conditions
Decompensated liver or kidney disease
Age below 18 years
