How it works:
 Tolterodine is an antimuscarinic agent that reduces involuntary contractions of the bladder. It decreases frequency, urgency, and incontinence episodes by blocking muscarinic receptors in the detrusor muscle. The extended-release form ensures stable control throughout the day with fewer side effects.

Recommended for:

  • Overactive bladder syndrome

  • Patients with urgent urinary incontinence

  • Frequent urination during day and night

  • Neurogenic bladder (as prescribed)
