How it works:

Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitor
Increases nitric oxide effect, relaxing smooth muscle and improving penile blood flow
Enables normal erectile response during sexual stimulation
Does not affect libido or hormone levels

Recommended for:

Men experiencing episodic or chronic erectile dysfunction
For both psychological and physiological causes
As prescribed by a doctor in cases with underlying health issues
Part of integrative sexual health therapy

Erectile dysfunction treatment in men unable to achieve or maintain erection sufficient for intercourse

Take one tablet orally 30–60 minutes before planned sexual activity with water. Effect occurs only with sexual stimulation and lasts up to 4 hours. Do not exceed one tablet per day.

Contraindications:

Concurrent use of nitrates or nitric oxide donors
Severe cardiovascular disorders
Recent myocardial infarction or stroke
Arterial hypotension
Severe liver or kidney impairment
Hypersensitivity to sildenafil
