OTRIVIN OXY Fast Relief is designed to rapidly reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa and improve nasal airflow. Oxymetazoline is a direct-acting sympathomimetic that acts on alpha-adrenergic receptors in the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa.
